PROJECTS

Crisis Management/Public Relations: Hired to help position Fortune 100 Company as a global community partner by developing an outreach campaign focusing on environmental and diversity education to elementary and junior high school students. The environmental workbook was translated into three languages and presented with the Governor’s Excellence Award. It was featured as a case study in a senior-level textbook on strategic campaigns at the University of Texas.

Customer Relations Development: Created a brand integration campaign for a Fortune 100 telecommunication client by producing, managing, and hosting a series of corporate customer events including a guest speaker breakfast in seven cities, co-hosting customer reception and art entertainment events, and multiple customer golf tournaments as part of an increased customer appreciation imitative.

Internal Communication Audit: Conducted extensive communication audits for a Fortune 100 Company to measure attitudes toward and effectiveness of the client’s employee portal as the key corporate communication tool. Subsequently hired to restructure and create a new employee portal to support collaboration between teams. Additionally, a leadership portal was developed focusing on collaboration and leadership dialog and development.
