PROJECTS

Change Management: Assembled and led a team to develop and implement a cultural initiative supporting the overall brand through facilitated meetings, development of cultural leaders, and compelling internal communication. Closed perception gap among peers from a 45% spread to a mere 10% gap on the key cultural issues of accountability and collaboration.

Product Marketing: Played a key marketing role for Fortune 100 company in building their Workstation product line into a #1 US ranking, and ultimately #1 worldwide ranking in workstations sales.  Led a team in developing the company’s messaging and design strategies, marketing materials, trade show development, and internal communication and recognition program to support internal sales teams.

Customer Relations Development: Created a brand integration campaign for a Fortune 100 telecommunication client by producing, managing, and hosting a series of corporate customer events including a guest speaker breakfast in seven cities, co-hosting customer reception and art entertainment events, and multiple customer golf tournaments as part of an increased customer appreciation imitative.
