Leadership Development/Communication: Tasked with providing leadership coaching subsequently developed a culture initiative blending assessment, skill development, and coaching with a compelling communication program utilizing a metaphorical “rowing” concept to provide a physical and mental framework to trigger key leadership concepts and create a better environment for the learning.
